I’m a mindset and confidence coach for women behind the scenes in the music industry - and I know what it’s like to feel stuck, unseen, or unsure what comes next.
I spent over 15 years working behind the scenes myself, leading campaigns, managing teams, and building communities. On paper, I’d built a career I was proud of. But I was ticking all the boxes except the ones that actually mattered to me.
I didn’t know who I was outside of the job title. I felt drained, doubtful, and unsure if I even wanted the next “big step” I was supposed to take.
Coaching helped me untangle that, and now I help other women in the music industry do the same.
